The Johnny Dawes autobiography - he can't do it without your help!

Appeal for information!
Johnny is trying to write his autobiography but has forgotten most of what has happened in his life!

Any anecdotes would be appreciated or just your general comments about his life, achievements and all the other stuff that has happened (!) Johnny needs as much info as possible and is convinced there's lots of spicy stuff which people might think he remembers. If in doubt, just send it in!
