Terms and Conditions for the sale of videos by Johnny Dawes Ltd.
These terms and conditions apply to orders for products via the web site http://www.johnnydawes.com. These products are only made available by Johnny Dawes Ltd. via the order form on the website - orders by telephone or post are not accepted. See also our general Terms and Conditions and our Disclaimer. SELLER: The Seller is Johnny Dawes Ltd ("The Company"), a private company registered in England No. 4144896. PO Box 5920, Oakham, Rutland LE15 9ZD.
RESTRICTIONS: Orders for the original version of Stone Monkey are currently available only in the UK due to the limitations of our product licence from the Mechanical Copyright Protection Society Limited. Placing an order for the original version of Stone Monkey does not guarantee availablilty should the volume of orders exceed the number of copies we are licenced to sell. Orders are dealt with in order of priority - determined by the date stamp on our form-to-email confirmation. We cannot accept responsibility for computer errors which result in order forms failing to reach us. Customers are requested to check they have received a confirmation by email (or an invoice) within 3 days of placing an order and to assume their attempted submission of the order form was unsuccessful if this is not the case. Due to the restrictions of our Licence, the original Stone Monkey video is not available for sale to retail outlets and only one copy is available per household.
CONFIRMATION: You should receive an automated confirmation of your order on your screen. Assuming you enter a valid email address on the order form, you should be contacted by email normally within 3 days to confirm the order and issue you with details of how to pay. If you requested an invoice by post, you will not receive email confirmation of your order.
PAYMENT: Payment is by post using a cheque or postal order to the address given in the email confirmation (also available on our Contact Us page). We accept credit cards only through secure server with Barclays. We do accept payment by cheque in foreign currencies and our prices reflect our curency conversion costs. In the event of difficulties with the methods of payment we offer, please contact us and we will endeavour to sort out the problem. You will be charged the current price for buying goods from our web site at the date you place your order. All prices displayed on our web site are inclusive of delivery charges. The Company is not currently VAT Registered. The price you see is the price you pay.
DELIVERY: UK delivery is subject to availability and normally occurs within 3 days of receipt of payment. However, please allow up to 14 days for delivery. In the event of supply difficulties, we will contact you to offer you a full refund. We can deliver videos (other than Stone Monkey) outside the UK and the price displayed on our website includes shipping costs. All deliveries are by standard post. In the event that personally signed copies of videos are unavailable, we will substitute them with unsigned copies and post a signed sleeve for you to insert as soon as Johnny has signed more copies.
CANCELLATION/EXCHANGE/REFUND: Cancellation of orders can only be accepted if received no more than 24 hours after we receive your payment. If your video is faulty or if you are not satisfied with your video for any reason, you should return it to us, giving reasons, and state whether you require an exchange or refund. We regret we are unable to refund the cost of postage and cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit from you to us. If returning a video which is not faulty, it must be in a resaleable condition supported by valid proof of purchase and returned within 28 days of receipt for a full refund. This is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights.

GENERAL: All matters concerning and incidental to any offer or agreement for the purchase and sale of goods from our web site shall be construed and governed according to English law and the English courts shall have jurisdiction in all such matters. These terms and conditions do not in any way affect your statutory rights.
